Farallon (pronounced “fair-uh-lawn”) Games takes its name from the ancient tectonic plate that subducted under the North American plate to create the Rocky Mountains. Recognizing that the majestic peaks of the modern board game landscape are often rooted in the mechanisms that have come before. The Farallon Games team aims to look beneath the surface to unearth, repurpose, and refashion elements of the past into the diamonds of the present.
Founded by three friends in Fort Collins, Colorado, the sum of our collective efforts will always be greater than the whole. Dennis Bigelow brought the first design to the table. Pablo Phoenix brought the design to life with his art. Sam Ernst works around the margins and is the one writing this.
